FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — VERTESS ( a leading healthcare mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm, is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Pennsylvania-based Helping Hands Home Care Services ( by a national, leading provider of home-based care services.

Helping Hands, led by CEO Wyatt Campbell, operates three locations in western Pennsylvania, delivering a range of home-based services, primarily personal care, along with home health and hospice care. The company employs more than 500 staff members who serve approximately 600 patients daily.
