Mehfil, a recent Malayalam movie, will soon be available online. The movie, which offers an inside look at the lives of famous people Mullassery Rajagopal and his spouse, will be streaming on Sun NXT and OTTplay Premium starting on October 10.

The movie is releasing online two months after its theatrical debut. On October 10, it will be available on the well-known platforms starting at 12 am. This movie, which takes place over one “Mehfil” night, centres on an actual account of Mullassery Raju, who served as the inspiration for the iconic character, Mangalassery Neelakandan in IV Sasi’s Devasuram and Ranjith’s Ravanaprabhu. 

Mehfil is directed by Jayaraj, who also penned the story, dialogue, and screenplay for this poignant drama. Mukesh and Asha Sharath are Mehfil’s main characters. Along with prominent performers such as Ramesh Narayan, G Venugopal, Krishnachandran, and Akhila Anand, the main cast also includes Unni Mukundan, Manoj K Jayan, Kailash, Renji Panicker, Ajeesh, Siddharth Menon, Sabitha Jayaraj, Aswath Lal, Vaishnavi, Manoj Govindan, and Shibu Nair. 

Deepankuran and Kaithapram penned the soundtracks, which were sung by Mustafa Manthottam, Vaikom Vijayalakshmi, G Venugopal, Aravind Venugopal, and Ramesh Narayan. The film’s cinematographer is Rahul Deep.
