Would you buy these pearl heels for Rs 2.3 lakh? Chanel’s new luxury boots gets nod from fashionistas – Lifestyle News

Chanel, equated with the epitome of fashion, is known for its iconic black and white charm. The inventor of the iconic ‘little black dress’ is a $37.9 billion haute couture label, surpassing Louis Vuitton and even Hermes. One of the very few independent ateliers, Chanel is not under LVMH and is a privately-owned asset of the Wertheimer family.

Launching its Fall-Winter 2025/26 ready-to-wear collection, Chanel did it again. Outshining several looks on the ramp, Chanel’s looks were rather pearl-y. From pearl belts to cuffs, this was not the star of the show. Embracing the delicate bows to the iconic tweed, Chanel has never stuck to trends.

Mid-Calf Pearl Heel boots

Chanel‘s mid-calf zip boots have stood out among fashionistas. Flaunting the iconic double C logo, the stretch lambskin and patent calfskin boots have an oversized pearl heel, catching the eye of those who don’t even look at it. Reportedly retailed at Rs 2.38 lakh, this pair of boots might be every girl’s dream this winter.

Fashion Twitter seemed to adore this collection. “Being honest, I loved this Chanel collection… the multiplicated bows, huge pearls, fur trim — we will never have Karl back, but it’s the closest to him we’ve been ever since,” read a comment on social media.

Chanel’s AW25 collection: All you need to know

One of the most expensive pieces in this year’s Chanel collection was their bejeweled Tweed Coat Dress. Adorned with shiny gems and 3D flower appliqués, it carries one of the highest retail prices in the collection. The haute couture cannot be complete without fur coats. Chanel’s seasonal coats are one of the most highly invested items from the ready-to-wear collection.

Featuring giant pussybows on blouses and dresses, the AW collection was filled with ruffled collars and 3D elements. Mixing the black and white colour palette, cozy outerwear was the star of the collection. While bows remained a classic element, Chanel did not shy away from exaggerating. Not limited to just oversized pearls, the collection also featured larger-than-life clutches, ruffles, and ribbons.
