The heavy rains have also led to waterlogging in various areas of the national capital region, causing disruptions for residents. Authorities advise limiting travel to essential trips only to avoid inconvenience. Residents are encouraged to stay informed about weather updates and take necessary precautions during this unsettled period.
On a positive note, the recent rains have contributed to an improvement in Delhi’s Air Quality Index (AQI). As of Friday, the AQI was recorded at 52, the lowest level this season.
