The World’s Best Companies 2024 ranking identifies top-performing companies across the globe on the parameters of employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability.

TIME’s World’s Best Companies 2024 List: Several Indian companies, including HCLTech, Infosys, Wipro, Adani Group, and Reliance Industries, have made it to TIME magazine’s list of the world’s best companies for 2024. However, a company by Delhi’s richest businessman, Shiv Nadar, HCLTech, has been ranked as the top Indian company on this prestigious list.

IT firm HCLTech has been named the no.1 India-headquartered company in TIME magazine’s World’s Best Companies 2024 list. The Noida-headquartered firm has also secured a place in the global top 10 list within the Professional Services category.

The information technology (IT) firm stands at the 112th position among the 1,000 companies featured globally. Apple, Accenture, and Microsoft take the top three spots on the list.

Ambani & Adani’s Rankings

IT giant Infosys is the second-best Indian company on the list, securing the 119th position. Meanwhile, Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries ranks 646th, and Gautam Adani’s Adani Group stands at the 736th spot.

TIME magazine’s ranking is based on parameters such as employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability. A total of 22 Indian-origin companies have made it to the list this year, including HCLTech, Infosys, Wipro, Adani Group, and Reliance Industries.

Shiv Nadar Net Worth

Shiv Nadar is the founder and chairman emeritus of HCL Technologies. Nadar and his friends launched the firm in 1976, starting from a garage with an initial investment of Rs 1,87,000.

Shiv Nadar, the wealthiest businessman in Delhi, has assets worth $35.6 billion (approximately Rs 2,98,898 crore). In addition to being the richest person in Delhi, he is also recognized as one of the country’s top philanthropists.
