Kerala YouTuber claims threat from ‘Bad Boyz’ producer over film review, Unni’s Vlog Cinephile, Bad Boyz, YouTuber Unnikrishnan

YouTuber Unnikrishnan, who runs the popular movie review channel ‘Unni’s Vlog Cinephile’, uploaded a video on Thursday featuring a threatening call he received. In the video, the caller introduces himself as Abraham Mathew, a film producer from Abaam Movies.

The caller threatens Unnikrishnan, demanding to remove his review of the film produced by him. He warns Unnikrishnan to be prepared to face consequences if the video is not taken down, also mentioning probable police action. The caller expresses his anger towards the Kerala YouTuber, questioning who gave him the right to review the film.

The caller also claimed that Unnikrishnan received payment for the negative review he posted. Unnikrishnan responded by stating that he would remove the review once the caller disclosed from whom he had allegedly taken money. The caller replied that he could not reveal this information at the moment. In a new video, the blogger expressed that he felt scared and stressed, saying that he couldn’t stand up to wealthy individuals who threaten him.

It is worth noting that Unnikrishnan removed the review video of Bad Boyz, produced by Abaam Movies. Meanwhile, “No Reviews for Abaam Movies” is the title Unnikrishnan has given to the video featuring the threatening call. A portion of the video uploaded on his channel has sparked a debate in the Reddit community r/InsideMollywood.

Bad Boyz, directed by Omar Lulu and featuring Rahman, Dhyan Srinivasan, and Sheelu Abraham in lead roles, is produced by Abraham Mathew under the banner of Abaam Movies. This is the fifteenth film from Abaam Movies, and Sheelu Abraham, the lead actress, is also the wife of Abraham Mathew
