India’s second 20-coach Vande Bharat Express train operates between Nagpur and Secunderabad Junction. The recently inaugurated Nagpur-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express has transform travel between Maharashtra and Telangana. Officially designated as the 20101/20102 train, it is India’s 65th Vande Bharat Express and connects Nagpur, the Orange City of India, with the bustling twin city of Hyderabad, Secunderabad.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the service on September 16, 2024, from Ahmedabad, marking a significant milestone in Indian rail connectivity. Operating six days a week, this express train covers a distance of 575 km (357 miles) in an impressive travel time of just 7 hours and 15 minutes, averaging a speed of 79 km/h.

Nagpur-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Expres stops at a total of seven stations – Nagpur Junction, Sevagram Junction, Chandrapur, Balharshah, Ramagundam, Kazipet Junction and Secunderabad Junction.

The Nagpur-Secunderabad Vande Bharat Express begins its journey at Nagpur Junction (NGP), departing at 05:00. The train makes its first stop at Sewagram Junction (SEGM), arriving at 05:43. The next halt is at Chandrapur, where it arrives at 07:03, followed by Balharshah (BPQ), reaching at 07:20 for a 5-minute pause. The next stop is Ramagundam (RDM) at 09:08, following that, it arrives at Kazipet Junction (KZJ) at 10:04, departing shortly thereafter at 10:06. Finally, the train reaches its destination at Secunderabad Junction (SC) at 12:15.
