In this way, this rule will not apply to cars with Chinese software already on the roads of America.

US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo said that some extreme situations can also come before us. This is completely a matter related to national security. At present, the good news is that there are not many Chinese or Russian cars on our roads.’
