Bradley Welcomes Patrick Everman as a Corporate and Real Estate Partner in Jackson

Mr. Everman is a seasoned attorney with a corporate-focused practice, offering comprehensive legal guidance in corporate formation, structuring, reorganization, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and a broad spectrum of real estate and transactional matters. His client portfolio spans a wide range of industries, from hardwood mat production and trucking logistics to private equity, healthcare, addiction recovery, hospitality, and essential services such as wastewater treatment and utilities. Mr. Everman routinely represents both large and small privately held companies, advising on complex corporate transactions, and navigating the nuances of commercial real estate, title issues, and regulatory compliance. His thorough understanding of corporate law allows him to support businesses at every stage, from initial structuring to major acquisitions and beyond. In addition to his transactional and corporate work, Mr. Everman also serves as outside counsel for various clients, providing strategic legal advice to ensure operational and corporate compliance. His ability to tailor solutions to the unique needs of each industry makes him a trusted advisor to businesses across diverse sectors.
A highly respected attorney who is known throughout the Mississippi legal community, Mr. Everman has served on the board of directors for the Land Title Association of Mississippi since 2023. He was selected to the Mississippi Economic Council’s 2023 Class of Leadership Mississippi and was also a member of the 2018 Class of the Mississippi Bar Leadership Forum. He has been recognized in the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America list each year since 2021. Mr. Everman previously served as a board member of the Mississippi Bar Association Young Lawyers Division from 2015 until 2021 and was a former president of the Warren County Bar Association. He was also a delegate of the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association from 2015-2020 and was the district representative for the 13th District from 2018-2020.
Mr. Everman earned his J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Mississippi School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Southern Mississippi. He previously served on the board of directors for the Kiwanis Club of Vicksburg and was a member of Phoenix Club of Jackson.
