Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger retailer Arvind Fashions’ Q3 profit rises by 58.20% to Rs 47.65 cr despite muted market conditions – Industry News
Arvind Fashions, which retails international brands such as Arrow, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger in India, on Wednesday released its fiscal third quarter earnings with profit at Rs 47.65 crore, posting a growth of 58.20 per cent in comparison to Rs 30.12 crore during the same period of FY24. It reported Q3 revenue from operations at Rs 1,202.76 crore, up 6.91 per cent as against Rs 1,125.05 crore recorded during the third quarter of previous financial year. The company EBITDA was up 15 per cent YoY at Rs 165 crore.
The company said that robust growth was witnessed across retail & online B2C channel, while wholesale channel stayed flat. Retail LTL was strong at 11 per cent, led by investments in upgrading customer experience and differentiated celebrity capsule collections.
Shailesh Chaturvedi, MD & CEO, Arvind Fashions, said, “AFL delivered yet another quarter of differentiated results despite tepid demand scenario across the industry. Retail LTL of 11 per cent is a clear reflection of our conscious investments in upgrading customer experience and celebrity collab collection, helping deliver 7 per cent revenue growth. Favourable channel mix & lower discounting coupled with cost efficiencies resulted in the highest ever quarterly EBITDA and 71 per cent growth in PAT. Our decisive focus on scaling existing brands is helping us gain market share. Moving forward, we will continue to stay committed to profitable growth & generate higher ROCE.”

At the end of Q3FY25, Arvind Fashions said, the company recorded gross addition of 34 EBOs and net sqft stood at approximately 11.5L sqft. In FY25, the company is looking forward to gross opening of around 150 stores, largely through Franchise Owned Franchise Operated (FOFO) route, while also adding significant net sqft over FY24.
