October Prime Day (technically called Prime Big Deal Days) is happening now through October 7, offering discounts on a number of Apple products, exclusive to Prime members. If you’re in need of AirPods, are buying holiday gifts early or simply want to take advantage of the savings, Amazon is currently discounting the Apple AirPods Pro 3.
I’ll be tracking AirPods deals for the duration of Prime Day and will update this story with additional deals that come up, so check back daily.
The best Amazon Prime Day AirPods deals
Finding the right fit is half the battle with earbuds, and Apple makes it easier by including five ear-tip sizes with AirPods Pro 3, more than most brands offer. Once they’re settled in, they stay comfortable for hours, and the rest of the package delivers too: excellent noise cancellation, a natural-sounding transparency mode, clear call quality and solid battery life. The controls are a highlight as well, letting you swipe along either stem to change the volume without reaching for your phone.

Forty hours of listening on a single charge is hard to beat, and that’s exactly what these over-ear headphones deliver. If you’re in the Apple ecosystem, pairing takes seconds. You can listen wirelessly over Bluetooth or plug in with the included cables, which can give you a boost in sound quality in certain apps. Noise cancellation and a transparency mode round things out, so you can tune out the world or let it back in whenever you need.
Whether you’re mid-sprint or rushing through your morning commute, these earbuds won’t budge, thanks to a large ear hook design that holds them firmly in place. Active noise cancellation helps drown out clanging weights or household chatter, and when you need to hear what’s going on around you, transparency mode lets the sound of your surroundings back in.
Flexibility is the big draw with these on-ear headphones. Like the Beats Studio Pro, they pair wirelessly for everyday listening, but you can also plug in the included USB-C cable to get richer, more detailed sound in supported apps, a nice perk if you care about audio quality. The sleek design keeps them compact and easy to toss in a bag, and when it’s time to recharge, 10 minutes plugged in gets you around five hours of playback, with up to 50 hours on a full charge.
These earbuds fit plenty of features into a tiny pair of earbuds. Noise cancelling softens the rumble of your commute or the chatter of a busy office. Need to catch an announcement or talk to someone? Transparency mode lets you hear your surroundings without taking the earbuds out. For iPhone owners, setup takes seconds: open the case and they’re ready. They also work with Apple’s Find My, so a pair lost in the couch or left behind is much easier to track down.

Built for long listening sessions, these wireless over-ear headphones have a soft fabric headband for a comfortable fit. Noise cancelling adjusts to your surroundings to quiet distractions, while an ambient mode lets outside sound back in when you need it. The battery lasts up to 65 hours and a carrying pouch is included for travel.
If you like to feel your music as much as hear it, the Skullcandy Crusher Evo Wireless Headphones deliver with adjustable sensory bass that adds a satisfying rumble you can dial up. The Skullcandy app builds a personalized sound profile based on your hearing, and built-in Tile tracking helps you find them if they go missing. A quick 10-minute charge gives you four hours of play, and battery life reaches up to 40 hours.
Small, comfortable and easy to wear all day, these earbuds offer noise cancelling that adjusts automatically to your surroundings. You get up to 10 hours of listening per charge and 50 hours in total with the case, which also charges wirelessly. The brand’s companion app lets you fine-tune the sound and controls to your taste.
The Shokz OpenFit 2+ Open-Ear Earbuds rest outside your ear canal, so you stay aware of traffic and conversations around you. A flexible ear hook with a built-in nickel-titanium alloy shapes itself to your ear for a secure fit during workouts and everyday activities. Dolby Audio adds more immersive sound, and the case now supports wireless charging. Physical buttons make controls easy, and you get up to 48 hours of battery life with the case.
