Femina Miss India World 2020 Manasa Varanasi On Fitness and Future Plans

Femina Miss India World 2020, Manasa Varanasi was seen at Trident, Hyderabad along with Sonu Sood, Sravan Ghanta and Suresh Shukla for the launch of a global fitness brand Alphalete. Femina Miss India 2020 was excited as the launch was happening in her own city.

Manasa shared her excitement about being part of the Alphalete launch in her own city. “As a fitness enthusiast, I’m truly thrilled and grateful that a trusted brand like Alphalete is bringing its products to Hyderabad,” she expressed, her voice brimming with joy.

Upon asked about her fitness mantra Manasa said, “Train smart, not hard,” she added “I think diet is everything, but diet and exercise go together as a couple, so both are important for fitness.”

Manasa also revealed that she is entering to a new chapter in her life, giving cinema her full attention. She said “It’s been magical because this is exactly where I want to be, and I am so passionate about cinema and my journey as an actor,” She also revealed that her film Couple Friendly with UV Creations is set to release soon. “It’s coming out very soon, just in a few months, so stay tuned! You should definitely catch it in theatres when it does,” she said with excitement.
So, what’s one key lesson she’s learned in her acting journey? “To just be unhinged, confident, and to breathe. Whatever the character, just let loose,” she advised.
