New Delhi: Hardik Pandya, not only star player for his cricket skills but also for being one of the most fit cricketers on the planet, recently shared his daily meal plan with fans. Going live on Instagram on August 3, the all-rounder answered the question he is often asked: what does he have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? He finally decided to spill the beans, dividing his meals while sharing a couple of his secret fitness secrets.
How does Hardik Pandya start his day to stay fit?
“I wake up in the morning and have 500 ml of water to hydrate myself, so I can head to the gym straight after,” he shared, kicking off his day with a hydration boost. For breakfast, he opts for a power-packed smoothie loaded with about 650 calories and 30 grams of protein. “I like to have sunflower seeds, oats, avocado, almonds, almond milk, and a banana, that’s a perfect breakfast for me,” he shared.

Prior to lunch, Hardik consumes a fizzy apple cider vinegar (ACV) supplement dissolved in water, a strategy that he uses to suppress cravings as well as for weight control.
His lunch is comfort food with a healthy spin. He likes Indian comfort foods such as jeera rice, palak, and daal, which together total about 550 calories and 24 grams of protein. Hardik refuels with oatmeal after night practice that gives him 600 calories and 28 grams of protein, a meal he counts on for repair and energy.
Dinner is also along the same diet, with another dose of ACV prior to his evening meal, an Asian green bowl with tofu and brown rice that he calls the perfect balanced meal to end his day.
