India’s IIMs have once again featured in global rankings. The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) has earned 32 position followed by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) at 71st rank in the global rankings for international trade education with its Master’s in Global Management (MGM) programme.
Globally, the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University topped the QS rankings, while The National University of Singapore (NUS) followed at the second position and Durham University at third place for its MSc in International Business.
Similarly, University of Cambridge (University of Cambridge) has secured the top rank in the Executive MBA category, while IIM Calcutta has entered the top 10 category securing number 8 rank.
France’s INSEAD secured the fourth spot with its MBA, while Cranfield University in the UK ranks fifth for its full-time MBA. Switzerland’s IMD claims sixth place with its IMD MBA, and the University of Sydney in Australia ranks seventh for its Master of International Business.
Sharing the eighth position are Universitat Ramon Llull in Spain for its MSc in International Management and the University of Cambridge in the UK for the Cambridge MBA.

QS Quacquarelli Symonds has unveiled the 2026 edition of its International Trade Rankings in collaboration with the Hinrich Foundation. The latest edition evaluated a total of 106 programs spanning 31 countries, providing insights into global standards and performance in international trade education.
In addition, 30 Executive MBA programmes were assessed and ranked across 14 countries, highlighting the top-tier offerings for professionals seeking advanced management education with a focus on global trade. This ranking aims to guide students and executives in identifying programmes that combine academic excellence with practical relevance in the international trade sector.
