A premises licence application has been submitted to Mid Suffolk District Council for the event at Darmsden Hall, Darmsden, which is in between Needham Market and Ipswich.
The application has been made by 53 Degrees Global Ltd, a television production business based in London. It seeks permission for live music, dance performances and the supply of alcohol.
The application says the event would include recording two “as live” episodes of Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh, for later broadcast on ITV.

The programme, which first aired back in September 2020, sees Alan Titchmarsh celebrate the best of the British countryside, with a mixture of celebrity guests, gardening, food and other lifestyle features.
Darmsden Hall is a Grade-II listed country home with 55-acres of gardens and grounds that include historic barns and outbuildings.
Originally built as a farmhouse around 1830, with a rear wing dating back even further to the 16th century, the hall has been extensively modernised, extended and refurbished.
Back in 1941, it was featured in country life, where it was up for sale for £8,000 including 544-acres and seven cottages.
It’s current value is over £2.9 million.
The proposed licence would start on March 1, 2027. Events could take place no more than twice a year, between March and October, with each lasting up to four consecutive days.
The site is away from public highways, with the nearest neighbouring property stated to be half a mile east.
The applicant says it is preparing an Event Management Plan and would work with local authorities and emergency services. Proposed measures include security staff, stewards, medical provision, CCTV, controlled entry, traffic management and waste arrangements.
Thomas Oliver Branston is named as the event’s designated premises supervisor.
