Now, 16-hour fasts feel totally manageable. I sleep better and stay more focused.”

Her trainer, Viraj Sarmalkar, revealed the true extent of her strength: Sunidhi lost 5 kilos in just 10 days, can squat with 70 kilos on her back, deadlift up to 90 kilos, and even do unassisted pull-ups—no small feat.
