Fans of Thalapathy Vijay have ‘introduced’ the actor to popular YouTuber Speed, during a live streaming. A video live streamed by the American YouTuber went viral after a group of youngsters who were riding a motorcycle yelled ‘TVK’ and ‘Thalapathy Vijay’ to him while he was travelling in a car in Thailand.

The video footage widely shared on X, show fans repeatedly calling out to Speed with description about Tamil actor Vijay, leaving Speed visibly confused. The moment was captured by fans and Speed’s live stream.
Despite asking what they are saying multiple times, Speed, whose real name is Darren Jason Watkins Jr, seemed clueless. Later , the social media personality used an expletive word to express his frustration. The youth also described Vijay as the “Chief Minister of India,” leaving Speed wondering whether Vijay has anything to do with cricketer Virat Kohli. Following that, the youngsters asked the YouTuber whether he wants to join them on a bike ride, an offer he rejected politely.

Following the incident, users reacted to the video, with some sharing humours comments fun of the fans for incorrectly referring to Vijay as the ‘Chief Minister of India’. Others criticised their act, especially since the exchange occurred in a foreign country with the content available online.
On the work front, Vijay will be seen in Jana Nayagan. The film is said to revolve around Vijay’s role as a police officer, with Pooja Hegde and Bobby Deol essaying key roles. The ensemble cast further features Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Narain, Priyamani, Mamitha Baiju, and others. Interestingly, speculation is also rife about cameo appearances by directors Atlee, Nelson Dilipkumar, and Lokesh Kanagaraj, but nothing has been confirmed.
