SCOTLAND COUNTY, N.C (WPDE) — A man was arrested on charges of damaging public property following a 2-month investigation, according to the Scotland County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO), who conducted the investigation.

Dustin Braswell of Laurinburg, North Carolina was arrested on Tuesday, SCSO officials said.

Braswell was arrested and charged with one count of felony injury to an energy facility and one count of misdemeanor injury to real property.

Braswell is being held under $20,000 secured bond.
