Minor Hotels has launched Life Longevity, a new wellness brand designed to connect its resort, urban and future residential wellness offerings through a single ecosystem.
The brand combines clinical science, complementary medicine and hospitality, with the aim of carrying each guestās care and personal wellness data between Life Longevity locations. The concept is built around three formats ā resort, urban and residential ā with each intended to serve a different stage of the guest journey.
William Heinecke, founder of Minor International (MINT), revealed the plans for the Thai-listed groupās hotel division in an exclusive interview with Spa Business here.Ā
Minor Hotels is capitalising on findings from its 2026 Travel Trends Report, which found that 44 per cent of travellers plan to bring more wellness into their trips, rising to 73 per cent among travellers already committed to wellness practices.Ā
The resort format of Life Longevity is already operating at Layan Life by Anantara at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort in Thailand. The facility combines diagnostics and clinical services with complementary medicine rooted in Traditional Thai Medicine, alongside movement, lifestyle guidance and restorative therapies.
Layan Life offers personalised journeys based on individual goals, as well as practitioner-led programmes and standalone treatments for resort guests. Its current Longevity for Life programme includes health assessments covering areas such as epigenetics, hormones, gut health, fitness and body composition, alongside therapies including cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV infusions and red light therapy.
Retreat packages at Layan Life start at THB 35,000 (US$1,038, ā¬928, Ā£786) per person per night, with a minimum three-night stay. A seven-night Longevity for Life programme starts at THB 339,500 per person (US$10,097, ā¬8,983, Ā£7,618) and includes accommodation and three wellness meals per night.Ā
The brandās first urban location, Bangkok Life at The St. Regis Bangkok, is scheduled to open this quarter. It will be positioned as the most clinical expression of Life Longevity, combining advanced therapies and medical aesthetics with diagnostic services in a city setting.
Life Longevity is designed to carry a guest’s care from one destination to another. The brand says a guest’s consultation, diagnostics and personal record follow them between locations, so a stay in Bangkok can build on a previous stay in Phuket.
An optional Circle of Life membership is also being introduced, providing members with ongoing access to expert check-ins, a personal digital record and access to Life Longevity locations between longer transformational stays. Membership at Layan Life is priced at THB 500,000 (US$14,870, ā¬13,230, Ā£11,220) for six months or THB 1 million (US$29,740, ā¬26,460, Ā£22,440) for one year.
Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of MINT, the parent company of Minor Hotels, said, “Our ambition isnāt simply to take part in wellness, but to help raise its standard. Life Longevity gives that ambition a clear shape. Many places offer exceptional hospitality and advanced wellbeing. What sets Life Longevity apart is continuity: wherever guests find us, they are cared for by people who already know them, and whose care evolves as their needs do, for many years to come.”
Minor Hotels said further urban, resort and residential locations are in development in major cities and resort destinations outside Thailand. The group currently operates more than 640 hotels, resorts and branded residences in 67 countries.
