Tulsi gets emotional as she sees Karan and Nandini performing the aarti together and thinks about how she does not want this to end. She thinks about how once they come together and deal with their differences, there will not be any problems in the household.However, back in Pennsylvania, Shobha, who has been trying to find out what happened to Mihir and why he was here 10 years ago, is shocked to find Anupam alive and well there. She quickly takes a photo of his car and the number plate to ensure that they will be able to get some information out of it. Jayesh praises her and tells her that they will be able to uncover more information about Anupam with the help of the registration number. Jayesh also tells her that this might also mean that Mihir is still in Pennsylvania, and they should not leave any stone unturned until they find out the truth.
Tripti continues to lie about her past with Aparna
Back home in Mumbai, Tripti continues to lie about Aparna and their relationship with one another. She tells Sid that she and Aparna were once good friends; however, they had a fall out over a misunderstanding. She also explains that Aparna opposed him while she supported him, which led to an intense conflict between them. When Aparna left in anger, Tripti explained that she ended up getting into an accident and lost her life. However, Sid gets even more confused because of her version of the story and wonders whether she is the one who he should believe or Peon Uncle, who may possibly have a different version of the story. Tripti also realises that Samaira may be influencing Sid as well and that she needs to do everything that she can to regain control of the situation and make Sid believe her version of the story.At Shanti Niketan, Tulsi suddenly starts experiencing back pain, leaving everyone worried. Damini calls for the doctor, while Tulsi tells Karan that he needs to understand Nandini’s pain before he starts judging her. She tells him that Nandini has also been living with a lot of pain for the past ten years and that he needs to understand his wife.Later, Karan and Nandini sit down and talk, during which Nandini apologizes and explains that her actions were driven by her concern for Vaishnavi. She tells him that she had been terrified because of Karan’s behaviour, which is why she felt the need to hide the truth for her sake. Karan tells her to stop and explains that because of Tulsi’s continued efforts, he is finally seeing the truth. Even though he was extremely angry about the situation and finding out she was the one behind Parth’s death, he still wants them to stand together for the family.
