Speaking at the training program, Mr. Le Van Duy, Director of the Central Project Business Center, Hospitals, Universities, MISA Group, said that the program focuses on two key areas to enhance digital capabilities and support officials and civil servants in effectively applying artificial intelligence (AI) in their work.

Firstly, MISA collaborates in organizing in-depth training activities that closely align with the practical needs of state administrative agencies. Accordingly, the program guides officials in using AI to support information gathering and synthesis, data analysis, document drafting, report preparation, and policy advice. This contributes to optimizing work processing time, improving the quality of advice, and supporting leadership, direction, and management.

In addition, trainees are guided in applying AI in designing images, infographics, and videos for policy communication. Transforming policy content into visually appealing and engaging products will help disseminate information more quickly, accurately, and accessiblely to the public.

Secondly, MISA is collaborating with youth union members from the Government Office and the Ministry of Finance to contribute resources to support digital transformation in the locality. According to Mr. Le Van Duy, MISA will donate MISA OneAI applications and accounts to several units in Ninh Binh province, for use until the end of 2026. This is a practical activity aimed at supporting the locality in accessing technological solutions and contributing to promoting the development of digital government.

Mr. Le Van Duy affirmed that MISA is committed to pioneering the provision of Vietnamese-developed technology solutions to effectively serve state management and socio-economic development. Through this program, the company expects MISA OneAI to become a powerful support tool, helping officials and civil servants reduce manual workload and dedicate more time to strategic and creative tasks.

MISA is committed to continuing to accompany, support, and improve its technology products to better meet the increasingly high demands of state administrative agencies in the digital transformation process.

MISA OneAI is an integrated portal that allows users to choose from a variety of AI applications to support their work, thereby optimizing costs and facilitating ease of use. Instructions on how to use OneAI help officials at the Government Office assist in collecting and synthesizing information, analyzing data, and drafting policy advisory reports. This helps officials optimize their time, improve the quality of advisory content, and effectively support the leadership and management of the Government .
