Brainiac Live!, the high-energy science show based on the popular ITV Studios TV show, will arrive at Lighthouse Poole on Thursday, October 29, at 2.30pm.
Aimed at audiences aged five and above, the show promises a fast-paced mix of science experiments and live demonstrations that are too dangerous to try at home.
Dan Colman, the show’s producer, said: “Winning the Olivier Award for Best Family Show this year was a huge moment for us – and now we’re thrilled to be taking Brainiac Live! around the country.”
“There’s nothing quite like the look on kids’ faces when they see our daredevil experiments live on stage – but remember, DON’T TRY THIS AT HOME!”
Brainiac Live! has toured internationally since its debut in 2008 and has been performed in venues from the West End to the Sydney Opera House.
The show combines theatre professionals and science communicators to deliver an educational and entertaining experience.
Lou Black, SVP of brand licensing at ITV Studios, said: “The UK tour is another exciting milestone in expanding our live events offering, and we couldn’t be prouder of their Olivier Award win, which underlines the quality and creativity of their work.”
