Iran Warns U.S. And NATO Bases Across Europe Could Be Targeted If War Resumes

Iran’s hardline media has warned that a renewed war with the United States and Israel could extend far beyond the Middle East. The newspaper Kayhan has reportedly identified American and NATO military facilities in Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Albania, Italy, Britain and Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean as possible targets if strikes on Iran resume. The warning comes as Iranian officials signal the possibility of a wider confrontation. Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has said Washington could kill large numbers of Iranians if military action resumes after the US midterm elections, while insisting that he does not want such an outcome. The remarks add to growing uncertainty over the future of the US-Iran confrontation.#Iran #DonaldTrump #USIran #NATO #IranIsraelWar #USMilitary #DiegoGarcia #MiddleEast #IranWar #BreakingNews
