Tate McRae is bringing new meaning to pre-show butterflies.
The pop star hit the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2026 red carpet on Sunday night, showing off her abs in a matching set with strategically-placed butterfly wing- cut-outs.
Her black bra gave us fashion flashbacks to the Y2K era’s famous butterfly tank tops, albeit a sultrier spin with plenty of sheer-paneling.
And the matching skirt was equally daring, thanks to a wing-shaped waistline and hip-high slit.
The “Greedy” singer wore her blond hair in waves and swiped on runway-worthy winged eyeliner for the occasion.
The 23-year-old, who is a musical guest at this year’s show, is set to deliver the global premiere performance of her new single, “Housewife.”
Other musical performers include Megan Thee Stallion, Megan Moroney, and Katseye.
The musicians aren’t the only stacked lineup at this year’s show, as several A-list models, including Gigi Hadid, Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Barbara Palvin and more are set to hit the catwalk.
For the first time, the runway will stream live from Los Angeles on Youtube.
In previous years, legendary performers like Taylor Swift, Harry Styles and Lady Gaga have lit up the stage as the models strut their stuff.
McRae was announced as part of the all-women musical lineup for this year’s runway last month.
This is one of her first major performances since headlining and closing Lollapalooza 2026 back in August.
During the closing performance of her hit song “Sports Car,” she climbed into a concrete bathtub on stage and drenched herself in 660 gallons of shimmering liquid gold paint. The sensational number, which featured choreography by Sergio Reis and fashion direction by designer Ludovic de Saint Sernin, immediately went viral.
“Me and my creative director, Ludo, had been dreaming of it for so many months,” the singer shared of the performance on the “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon” earlier this month.
Perhaps there’s even more daring fashion and choreography in store for tonight’s show.
