Albert Heijn said no groceries can be delivered until at least Tuesday, following a “cybersecurity incident” last week at the parent company Ahold Delhaize. The company added that stores are being restocked multiple times a day.

On Thursday, Albert Heijn had said it would not be able to deliver to homes at least through Sunday because of last weekend’s hack. Savings promotions and personal discounts are still unavailable. Customer service remains unreachable, and the app is reportedly not yet fully functional.

Placing orders online currently remains impossible. “We are doing everything we can to start delivering groceries to customers again from the second half of the week,” the supermarket chain said.

Albert Heijn took its systems offline on Sunday because of a “cybersecurity incident.” Sources allegedly told NOS it was a hack. The chain said that there are so far no indications of personal data being stolen.
